When a business, State or local government agency, or other covered entities have paving, striping and re-striping parking lot to be done, it must provide accessible parking spaces as required by the ADA Standards for Accessible Design. A cross slope in every direction of 2% is required at the stall and pot. Failure to do so would violate the ADA Compliance.
